Copyright Regulation Department of the Administration of Press and Publication (Copyright Bureau) of Guangdong Province is responsible for drafting laws on news publishing and copyright, vetting, copyright agreement, and managing the identification and registration of copyright works. It also supervises and provides guidance to copyright-related institutions in Guangdong Province, as well as takes enforcement actions in infringements and mediates in disputes over copyright agreement.
