The Intellectual Property Department of the Macao Economic Services (MES) is the Macao SAR Economic Services' organic subunit responsible for advising the Director of the MES on policies to protect intellectual property in the Macao SAR and for operating the Macao SAR's registration of industrial property and, the Collective Management Agency of Copyright and Related Rights.
